The location of the hotel is convenient, situated close to motorways for easy access. the rooms are clean and newly decorated, providing a comfortable and peaceful stay. the reception staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm welcome. the breakfast options are delicious and satisfying, offering a great start to the day.
The noise from other guests, particularly during the weekend, can be disruptive to a good night's sleep.

The hotel looks pretty good. It's close to Beefeater Moseley Park, a nice spot for grabbing some lunch. Definitely a good option if you're in this area and need a place to stay! 🍔

Lovely clean spacious rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast had great vegetarian options and they were willing to accommodate special requests. The hotel had a great location and the service from check-in to check-out was excellent.
The receptionist was a bit brusque during check-in and had a strange policy of requiring guests to state their nationality in writing. The limited vegetarian options at the adjacent restaurant were a downside during our stay.

The staff were helpful and friendly, from reception to the cleaning ladies. The beds were super comfy and exactly what I expected. The hotel had no frills but delivered on its promises.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Great value for the price we paid. Good location near the motorway and city centre. Room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of power sockets and a nice bathroom.
The restaurant experience was disappointing. Service was lacking in basic etiquette and the food quality was not up to par.
